The learner
In plain words
- Today you pay the registration (or, if you choose, the whole fee upfront instead). The registration comes back in full, GST included, when you complete the program.
- The main fee is 9 monthly payments, only after you join a qualifying job, from your first salary month. No interest, and nothing added to them.
- Not placed in a qualifying job within 12 months of signing? You pay ₹0 more.
- Join only a job you like. Turn down as many offers as you like, at no cost. Lose a job, and payments pause until you’re working again: in data science, analytics, AI/ML, BI or software with data work, or in any other full-time job paid at or above your minimum salary assured.
- It’s the fee for our own training, paid later: not a loan. No lender, no credit check, and you can pay early at no extra cost.

In short
This agreement is between you and Algorythm Ceptx Edutech Private Limited (CIN U85499DL2024PTC437522), which runs Skillcept Online. There’s no lender, bank or finance company in it. The table sets out the key terms, plan by plan.
On every plan: your registration, if you paid one, comes back in full, GST included, within 15 working days of signing (section 3); no qualifying job accepted within 12 months of signing, and you pay ₹0 more (section 5); no interest, processing fee or tax is added to the program fee (4.1, 4.3). This is a summary: if it ever reads differently from a clause, the clause applies.
The legal terms
- 1.1
The parties. This agreement is between Algorythm Ceptx Edutech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U85499DL2024PTC437522), with its registered office at 3/8 Asaf Ali Road, SAB House, near HDFC Bank, Ajmeri Gate Extension, New Delhi, Central Delhi 110002, India, which runs Skillcept Online (“we”, “us”), and the learner named in the signed copy (“you”).
- 1.2
What it covers. You registered for the Data Science & AI Job Guarantee Program on the plan named in the signed copy (Go, Plus or Infinity) and passed the competency test. This agreement sets out the placement support you receive, the program fee you pay after you’re hired, and the ₹0 promise if you’re not placed.
- 1.3
Not a loan. The program fee is the price of our own education and placement services, paid in fixed instalments after you start earning. It is not a loan or any other credit: we lend you no money, charge no interest, run no credit check and report nothing to credit bureaus, and no lender, bank or finance company is involved. The fee is a fixed amount, never a share of your salary, and paying any of the 9 payments before its due date never costs more (4.5).
- 1.4
Signing. You sign electronically with Aadhaar eSign through our signing provider, which records who signed and when; if you don’t have an Aadhaar number, you sign with the provider’s one-time-code signature instead. The signed agreement is e-stamped through the same provider, and we pay the stamp duty. Signing within 30 days of passing the competency test (or of the later day in Terms and conditions 6.1) is the last step of completing the program.
- 1.5
The whole agreement. This agreement, read with the Terms and conditions, the Refund policy and the Billing policy as they stood when you registered, is the whole agreement about the fee after placement. What the Pricing page showed for your plan when you paid, as confirmed in the email we sent you before you paid, forms part of it. Where these documents differ on the fee after placement or the ₹0 promise, this agreement applies. The version of this agreement that applies to you is the one we emailed you before you paid. If a newer version is published before you sign, any part of it that is more favourable to you applies too; a newer version never makes your terms worse without your written agreement (12.4).
- 1.6
What we promise, and what employers decide. Employers make every hiring decision: whom to interview and hire, what to pay, when you start and whether a job continues. We don’t promise any particular employer, role, salary, city, work mode or start date. Our promise is the one in section 5: complete the program, and if you’re not placed in a qualifying job within the placement period, you pay nothing after placement.
- 1.7
Records. Our electronic records of your registration, payments, learning progress, live-class attendance, test results, signature and messages, and the documents you send us, are evidence of what they record. The records at the end of your signed copy are filled in from them. You can ask for a copy of your own records at any time.
Words that matter
In short
- Completing the program: the 6 core modules; 5 capstone projects within the 15-day capstone period; on Infinity, at least 75% of your batch’s live classes for the core modules; passing the competency test; and signing this agreement within 30 days of passing (or of the later day in Terms and conditions 6.1).
- Qualifying job: a full-time job in data science, analytics, AI/ML, BI or software with data work, at or above your minimum salary assured, whether we arranged it or you found it, anywhere in India, remote or abroad.
- Minimum salary assured: ₹6 LPA on Go; ₹9 LPA or your salary + 35%, whichever is higher, on Plus; ₹12 LPA or your salary + 85%, whichever is higher, on Infinity. The salary option uses your last 3 payslips when you complete, if you share them.
- Fixed annual pay: how the minimum is measured. Proof is your offer letter and first payslip.
- Placement period: 12 months from the day you sign.
The legal terms
- 2.1
Fixed annual pay. “Fixed annual pay” means the fixed yearly cash pay in your offer letter or employment contract: basic pay, fixed allowances and any other fixed cash amount. It does not include variable pay or bonuses, joining or retention bonuses, stock or ESOPs, the employer’s provident fund or gratuity contributions, insurance, reimbursements or benefits in kind. Pay in a foreign currency is converted to rupees at the Reserve Bank of India’s reference rate on the day you accept the offer.
- 2.2
Qualifying job. A “qualifying job” is a role you accept during the placement period, and join during it or within the 90 days in 2.4, that is:
- (a)full-time, with any employer, in India, remote or abroad;
- (b)in data science, analytics, AI/ML, business intelligence, or software work that uses data; and
- (c)paid a fixed annual pay at or above your minimum salary assured.
It counts whether we arranged it or you found it yourself. Contracts, internships, apprenticeships, freelance work and self-employment are not qualifying jobs. A job accepted before you sign is not a qualifying job (3.4).
- 2.3
Minimum salary assured. Your “minimum salary assured” is: on Go, ₹6,00,000 fixed annual pay; on Plus, the higher of ₹9,00,000 and your current fixed annual pay plus 35%; on Infinity, the higher of ₹12,00,000 and your current fixed annual pay plus 85%. “Current fixed annual pay” is the fixed pay on your last 3 payslips before you complete, multiplied to a year. The percentage option applies only if that pay is ₹25,00,000 or less, and only if you share those payslips when you complete. It is a threshold for the fee, not a promise of any salary.
- 2.4
Joining. “Joining” a job means your first working day in it. An offer you accept during the placement period still counts if your first working day is up to 90 days after the placement period ends.
- 2.5
First salary month. Your “first salary month” is the calendar month in which you receive your first salary payment from the qualifying job.
- 2.6
Placement period. The “placement period” is 12 months from the day you sign this agreement, extended by any time we could not provide placement support because of us, or because of an event beyond our control (Terms and conditions 14.4).
- 2.7
The competency test and your completion window. The “competency test” is the live test described in Terms and conditions 6.3, with the rounds, numbers of questions and pass marks in force on the date of your registration payment. Passing it within your completion window, as Terms and conditions 6.1 defines and extends it, is a condition of this agreement being offered to you.
- 2.8
More than one offer. If you accept more than one qualifying job, the first one you join is the qualifying job. The program fee is payable once only (4.4).
- 2.9
Interviews assured. “Interviews assured” means the interviews in Terms and conditions 8.2: 30 on Go, 100 on Plus and, on Infinity, unlimited until you join a qualifying job, during the placement period (2.6). “Unlimited” means there is no fixed number; it is not a promise of any particular employer, role, city, work mode or date.
- 2.10
Completing the program. “Completing the program” has the meaning in Terms and conditions 6.1: the 6 core modules; 5 capstone projects within the 15-day capstone period; on Infinity, at least 75% of your batch’s live classes for the core modules; passing the competency test; and signing this agreement within 30 days of passing (or of the later day in Terms and conditions 6.1).
Your registration and its refund
In short
When you complete, your registration fee and its GST come back in full within 15 working days of signing, whether or not you have a job yet (except as 3.4 says). If you don’t sign within 30 days of passing the test, you keep the core modules and owe nothing after placement, but the registration isn’t refunded.
The legal terms
- 3.1
The refund. Within 15 working days of the day you sign, we refund the whole registration fee you paid and the GST charged on it, to your original payment method, as the Refund policy sets out. The refund does not depend on getting a job, except as 3.4 says.
- 3.2
Nothing taken off. The refund is never reduced because of an offer, coupon, referral or instalment arrangement, and it is never set off against any program fee that may become payable later.
- 3.3
If you don’t sign. If you don’t sign within 30 days of passing the competency test (or of the later day in Terms and conditions 6.1), this agreement does not come into force: you keep access to the core modules under your plan, you owe no fee after placement, and your registration fee is not refunded.
- 3.4
A job accepted before you sign. If, after your registration payment and before you sign, you accepted a job as Terms and conditions 6.8 describes, the refund in 3.1 does not apply, and that job is never a qualifying job.
- 3.5
The fee paid upfront. If you paid the program fee upfront instead of a registration (4.7), there is no registration to refund when you sign; that payment is dealt with under 5.4 and the Refund policy. If you accepted a job as 3.4 describes, the fee paid upfront is not refunded.
The fee after you’re hired
| Plan | Each month | All 9 payments | Only if your job pays at least |
|---|---|---|---|
| Go | ₹5,999 | ₹53,991 | ₹6 LPA |
| Plus | ₹7,999 | ₹71,991 | ₹9 LPA or your salary + 35%, whichever is higher |
| Infinity | ₹9,999 | ₹89,991 | ₹12 LPA or your salary + 85%, whichever is higher |
In short
The program fee starts only after you join a qualifying job, from your first salary month: 9 monthly payments by UPI AutoPay. Nothing is added to them.
The legal terms
- 4.1
The program fee. The program fee is the amount for your plan in the table, in 9 equal monthly payments. It is payable only if you join a qualifying job, and only from your first salary month. It is the only fee after placement: there is no interest, processing fee or any other charge. An offer letter alone never makes anything payable; payments start only after you have joined and received your first salary.
- 4.2
How you pay. Within 7 days of your first working day, you set up a UPI AutoPay mandate through our payment provider for the 9 payments. They are collected on the date you choose in the mandate, between the 5th and the 15th of the month: the first on that date after your first salary has arrived (never before it), and the rest monthly. Before each payment your UPI app notifies you, at least 24 hours ahead, and we remind you too. If you can’t set up UPI AutoPay (for example, with a job abroad), you pay each payment in rupees through the payment link we send, by the same date.
- 4.3
No tax added. The amounts in the table are the whole amounts you pay. We add no GST, other tax or charge to them; any tax the law requires on them is included in those amounts and paid by us.
- 4.4
Once only. The program fee is payable once only. After all 9 payments, nothing more is owed, whatever jobs you have later.
- 4.5
Paying early. You may pay any or all of the remaining payments early, at any time, with no penalty and at no extra cost.
- 4.6
Receipts. We send you a receipt for every payment. When all 9 are made, we send you a statement confirming that nothing more is owed, and we close the mandate.
- 4.7
Paid upfront. If you paid the program fee upfront instead of a registration (Billing policy 6.3: ₹37,999 on Go, ₹49,999 on Plus or ₹53,999 on Infinity), it counts as all 9 payments: nothing more is payable when you join a qualifying job, no mandate is set up, and 4.2 doesn’t apply. Once you have joined a qualifying job it is not refunded, including if that job later ends (section 8). Until then it is refundable as 5.4 and the Refund policy set out.
Not placed: ₹0
In short
Complete the program, and if you don’t accept a qualifying job within the 12-month placement period, you owe nothing more. That’s the Job Guarantee Program: not placed after completing the program? You pay ₹0.
The legal terms
- 5.1
The ₹0 promise. If the placement period ends and you have neither joined a qualifying job nor accepted one whose first working day falls within the 90 days in 2.4, this agreement ends, no program fee is ever payable, and you keep your registration refund, your certificate and access to the core modules under your plan. If you accepted a qualifying job but it doesn’t start within those 90 days (for example, because the employer withdrew the offer), this agreement ends on the 90th day, on the same terms.
- 5.2
When it applies. The ₹0 promise does not apply if this agreement ends early because of your serious breach (section 11). It does apply if you were out of work, turned down offers or skipped interviews within your rights in section 6.
- 5.3
What ₹0 means. ₹0 means no program fee is ever payable under this agreement, and your registration has already come back to you under 3.1. If you paid the registration by card EMI, any interest or charges your bank applied are between you and your bank (Refund policy 2.3).
- 5.4
A fee paid upfront comes back. If you paid the program fee upfront (4.7) and the ₹0 promise applies (5.1), we refund it in full, with no deduction, to your original payment method (or as Refund policy 3.1 sets out) within 15 working days of the placement period ending. It is not refunded in any other case, including if this agreement ends early because of your serious breach (section 11), except as Refund policy 6.3 and 6.5 provide (Refund policy 5.2).
Your choices
In short
Join only a job you like. You can turn down as many offers as you like, with no penalty, and skip up to 50 of the interviews we arrange.
The legal terms
- 6.1
Your choice of job. You decide which jobs to accept, and you can turn down as many offers as you like. Turning down an offer, even a qualifying one, costs you nothing and does not end placement support or the ₹0 promise.
- 6.2
Skipping interviews. You may decline or skip up to 50 of the interviews we arrange, without giving a reason and without affecting placement support. A skipped or declined interview still counts towards your plan’s interviews assured.
- 6.3
Your own search. You may look for jobs on your own at the same time. A qualifying job you find yourself is treated exactly like one we arranged.
- 6.4
Your career is yours. Nothing in this agreement stops you from taking any job, working for anyone, studying anywhere or leaving a job. Its conditions decide only whether the program fee is payable.
Your duties
In short
Reply to us within 2 working days. Keep your resume and LinkedIn up to date. Tell us within 7 days of accepting any job offer, and pay the 9 monthly payments once you join a qualifying job.
The legal terms
- 7.1
During the placement period. During the placement period you: reply to the placement team within 2 working days, or tell us when you’ll be away; keep your resume, LinkedIn and portfolio up to date as your counsellor advises; attend the interviews you have confirmed, or cancel in advance; and behave professionally with employers.
- 7.2
Telling us about a job. You tell us in writing within 7 days of accepting any job offer during the placement period, qualifying or not, and send us the offer letter. Within 7 days of your first salary payment, you send us your first payslip.
- 7.3
Checking a job. We decide whether a job is a qualifying job from the offer letter and payslip and tell you in writing within 7 days; you can ask the grievance officer to review our decision. You may hide anything we don’t need, such as bank account numbers, PAN and UAN, as long as the employer, role, start date and fixed pay can be read. During the placement period and until all 9 payments are made or cancelled, you allow us to ask for these documents and other employment records (for example, your EPFO passbook), and to confirm your start date, role and fixed pay with your employer. If you’d rather we didn’t contact your employer, you may send other proof we reasonably accept instead, such as bank statements showing your salary credits. We contact an employer only to confirm these facts, never to discuss your fee.
- 7.4
If you don’t tell us. If you join a qualifying job during the placement period and don’t tell us, or give us false information about a job or its pay, the program fee is payable from your first salary month in that job, and any payments already due become payable at once.
Losing a job
In short
Payments pause until your next job in data science, analytics, AI/ML, BI or software with data work, at any pay, or in any other full-time job at or above your minimum salary assured. They never run while you’re out of work, and after 24 months in a row without one, the rest is cancelled.
The legal terms
- 8.1
Payments pause. If your qualifying job ends before all 9 payments are made, tell us within 7 days, with your relieving letter or other proof. Payments are paused from the next month, and nothing is payable for any month in which you have no job.
- 8.2
Payments restart. Payments restart from your first salary month in your next full-time job in data science, analytics, AI/ML, BI or software with data work, whatever its pay, or in any other full-time job paid at or above your minimum salary assured, until all 9 are made. Tell us within 7 days of joining it.
- 8.3
Cancelled after 24 months. If you are without such a job for 24 months in a row after the pause starts, the remaining payments are cancelled and nothing more is owed.
- 8.4
Death or permanent inability to work. If you die or become permanently unable to work, the remaining payments are cancelled, and nothing is owed by your family or your estate.
Pause & Play (Infinity)
In short
On Infinity you can pause once, for up to a year, while you’re doing the 6 core modules, then rejoin a later live batch at the matching point. The paused time is added to your completion window.
The legal terms
- 9.1
How it works. Pause & Play is used before you complete, so it extends your completion window (Terms and conditions 6.5), not the placement period. You may use it once, for up to 12 months, by asking us in writing, and you rejoin the first later live batch that has reached your point in the core modules and has a seat.
Unpaid payments
In short
A missed payment gets a reminder and time to pay before anything else happens. We never charge interest, late fees or collection fees, and we never contact your employer, family or friends about money.
The legal terms
- 10.1
The registration instalment. An unpaid second registration instalment is dealt with under Billing policy 7.1, before and after you sign.
- 10.2
A failed payment. If an AutoPay payment fails, our payment provider retries it and we remind you. You can pay at any time through the link we send.
- 10.3
Two missed payments. If two payments in a row are still unpaid 30 days after the second was due, and you haven’t told us you’ve lost your job (8.1), we send you a written notice. If they are not paid within 15 days of the notice, the whole unpaid balance of the program fee becomes payable at once.
- 10.4
Fair recovery only. We recover unpaid amounts only by lawful means: reminders to you, the written notice, and if needed legal proceedings. We contact only you, between 9 AM and 7 PM IST. We never contact your employer, family, friends or references about your fee, never publish your name, and never use threats or abusive language. We charge no interest, penalty, late fee or collection fee, and we never pass your account to a collection agent.
- 10.5
Hardship. If a payment would cause you real hardship (for example, after a large pay cut or a medical emergency), write to us. We review it in good faith and may agree to move or pause payments; nothing is added for doing so.
Ending this agreement
In short
It ends on its own when the 9 payments are made, or when the placement period ends without a qualifying job. It ends early only for a serious breach, and we tell you in writing first.
The legal terms
- 11.1
Serious breaches. These are serious breaches by you: not replying to the placement team for 30 days in a row despite at least 2 reminders (unless you were unwell or had told us you’d be away); refusing all placement support; giving false information about a job, its pay or documents; skipping more than 50 arranged interviews without a good reason (for example, illness, an exam or a clash with another interview), which counts as refusing placement support; and any serious breach under Terms and conditions 13.1.
- 11.2
What happens. We tell you in writing what the breach is and give you 15 days to put it right where that is possible (for a breach under Terms and conditions 13.1, the 7 days in Terms and conditions 13.2). If it isn’t put right, we may end placement support. The ₹0 promise then no longer applies, and if you join a qualifying job during what would have been the placement period, the program fee is payable as if this agreement had continued.
- 11.3
If we fall short. If, before you accept a qualifying job, we fail to provide your plan’s placement support (the interviews assured in Terms and conditions 8.2 within the placement period, and a reply from the placement team within 2 working days) and don’t put it right within 30 days of your written notice, you may end this agreement, and nothing is payable under it. Once you’ve accepted a qualifying job, its program fee is payable as this agreement says; a shortfall in anything else your plan includes is dealt with under Refund policy 6.5.
- 11.4
What continues. Sections 7.3, 7.4, 10 and 12 continue after this agreement ends, for any amount already payable.
- 11.5
Your payments stay with us. We will not sell or transfer your payments under this agreement to a lender or anyone else without your written consent. The only exception is a company that takes over the program, which is then bound by this agreement unchanged.
Disputes and the law
In short
Tell us first. If we can’t agree, the grievance officer reviews it, and you keep every right the law gives you.
The legal terms
- 12.1
Disagreements. If we disagree about anything under this agreement (for example, whether a job qualifies), email support@skillcept.online, or write at any time to the grievance officer (Legal notices), who acknowledges your complaint within 48 hours and gives you a written decision within 15 days. While a dispute about whether a job qualifies is being reviewed, payments for that job are paused.
- 12.2
The law. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to 12.3, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
- 12.3
Your forums. Nothing in this agreement stops you from approaching a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or any other forum the law gives you.
- 12.4
Changes and notices. We may change this agreement for future learners; a change applies to you only if it is more favourable to you (1.5) or you agree to it in writing. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest still applies. Notices to you go to the email or WhatsApp number in your signed copy; notices to us go to support@skillcept.online.
- 12.5
Mediation. If a dispute isn’t resolved through the grievance officer, either of us may propose mediation, for example under the Mediation Act, 2023, before going to court. Mediation is voluntary and does not affect 12.3.
Signing
In short
You sign electronically within 30 days of passing the competency test. Your signed copy is emailed to you, with records of your registration, your completion, your salary (for the hike option) and your payments, filled in from our records.
